    Faith Expressed Through Suffering
    Hebrews 11:23-28

In Hebrews 11 we find faith expressed in 3 practical ways:
    1) Through righteous living.
    2) Through obedience in life’s journey.
    3) Through suffering.

Today we explore faith expressed through Moses’s suffering:
    Biblical faith views suffering differently.
    1. Suffering is like the fire that forges steel.
    2. Suffering is like the tilling of hard ground into the soil of compassion.
    3. Jesus understands suffering, Hebrews 2:18; 4:15; 5:8

    I. Moses’s faith is expressed through his choice to suffer with God’s people, verses 24-26.
II. Moses’s faith is expressed through facing the wrath of Pharaoh, verse 27.
III. Moses’s faith is expressed through preparing for the death angel with the blood of the Lamb, verse 28.
