We should be receiving loan commitment proposals from Peoples Bank and Bancorp South early next week. This will provide us with proposals from 5 different area lenders (Whitney, Hancock, Regions, Peoples, and Bancorp South). Once all of the proposals are received, we will be able to provide a recommendation to pursue equity loans required to cover construction. We have recommended a three year capital stewardship campaign goal of $1.7 Million which roughly represents two times our annual revenue.
